World Personalities in Cuba for Fidel Castro's Birthday

Havana, November 28 (ACN).- Many world personalities continue to arrive in Havana to take part in celebrations organized by the Guayasamin Foundation for the 80th birthday of Cuban President Fidel Castro this week.
Havana, November 28 (ACN).- Many world personalities continue to arrive in Havana to take part in celebrations organized by the Guayasamin Foundation for the 80th birthday of Cuban President Fidel Castro this week.
Some of the guests, who are already in Cuba, include former Ecuadorian President Rodrigo Borja, Belgian sociologist Francois Houtart and Argentinean journalist and writer Stella Calloni.
Cuban TV also reported the arrival of Brazilian intellectual Marilia Guimaraes, who told the press that Fidel is one of the greatest men of all time.
The sons of late Ecuadorian painter Oswaldo Guayasamin and officials of the foundation named after the Latin American painter are giving the finishing touches to some of the activities, which include an exhibition of paintings, a colloquium and a concert all scheduled to take place from November 28th through December 1st, in different locations in Havana.
