Iranian President Must Ignor Iraqi President.

from Elijah Gatewood -

War torn country seeks help from it's
neighbor, but should Iraqi President
get it? The answer is a big No.

Reporting from Washington.

The Washington Post newspaper Express
on Monday November 27th, 2006 held a
poll, "Has the conflict in Iraq reached
a point of civil war"? The next day,
76 percent of respondents answered "Yes".
Only 24 percent disagreed with that
assessment. The interesting thing about
that poll was the wording of it, meaning
has it reached "a point of civil war",
to it's wording on Tuesday, "Has the
conflict in Iraq become a civil war"? In
all reality, regardless if Americans decide
to accept it or not, the crises in Iraq
is indeed a civil war. The 1991 United
States Army Dictionary states that,
"Civil war is an internal conflict that
meets the following"---

(1) 'The insurgents occupy and control
territory and have a functioning
government'.

(2) 'Other states offer some type of
recogninition to the insurgent
government'.

(3) 'The insurgents have armed forces
that are commanded by someone who is
responcilble for their actions,
carry their weapons openly, wear
distinctive emblem and conduct
their operations in accordance
with laws of war';

(4) 'A state of general hostilities
accompanied by a military
confrontation of major
proportions is taking place'.

The Iraqi crises fits all of these
discriptions, even though one, the
rule about laws of war are being rejected.
The conflict in Iraq is not only civil
war, but one of guerilla operations,
meaning hit-and-run tactics.

And on Tuesday, November 28th, 2006,
Iraqi President Jalal Talabani met with
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in
Tehran, seeking Iran's help in this
war. But one must not forget, it is
the United States that invaded Iraq in
2003 over false claims of weapons of
mass destruction. Since then, no such
arsenal has been found in Iraq. And
as of this date, and since 2005, the
United States has been pressuring Iran
to abandone it's program on uranium
enrichment. This is something that Iran
has a God-given right to do.

Yet, todate, America has not responded
to my request at the U.S. State Department
if the United States has nuclear weapons
itself. This was asked in late 2005, and to
this very day, U.S. officials hasve not
responded.

The Iranian President and the people of
Iran must ignor the cries of the Iraqi
President, based on the fact that it is
not sincere. Democracy is near collapse
in Iraq, including Washington, D.C.

Thieves have come in to steal from the
people of the world, and they have been
caught.
