There should be neither Maids nor Servants in the UN Resolutions!

The League of Nations was the first victim of Nazi Germany in the 1930s of the past century. The League of Nations was the first international effort of post WWI that promoted peace and security in the world. It was thought then that the world was desperately in need of such an organization to avoid war and conflict.
There is enough evidence, which demonstrates beyond any doubt, that the United Nations is moving towards the same fate of the League of Nations. The United States has used the general security to serve its goals, and if it fails, as in the case of the Korean War in 1951, it summons the general assembly, and proceeds into war without the authorization of the general security. When the USA failed in convincing the great powers in its policy to invade Iraq, it went and invaded Iraq without the permission of anyone. For the sake of covering and protecting the Israeli crimes against the native Palestinians, the United States used since 1982 two thirds of the vetoes to protect Israel. As an example, the USA blocked a potential resolution which could have condemned Israel for its responsibility in the Jineen massacres of 2003. Moreover, the USA blocked any resolution against the Israeli wall, which in fact, would make it impossible to establish a Palestinian state, which the USA pa!
ys lip service to, to support its establishment .The US also blocked a possible resolution which could have condemned Israel for murdering 4 UN observers, as well as any resolution condemning Israel for massacring Lebanese civilians in Qana. This brought us to the conclusion that the American vetoes have become a tool for murder. Obviously, all of these episodes indicate a biased direction; the US and Israel are seeking to murder the UN, as Hitler murdered the League of Nations. Consequently, it is possible to put the policy of the United States towards the UN, in the following categories.
Firstly: The USA prefers to provide UN legitimacy for its policy through the general security. If it fails to do so, it tries to pass it through the general assembly (which it can not any longer due to the heavy presence of third world countries); if it fails, it will ask nobody for permission of allowing them to invade where they want, under the excuse that they protect the interest of America, and even the world interest.
Secondly, the USA would only implement the resolution which is suitable to them, if not, they would ignore and 'freeze' it, as in the 125 resolution which demands from Israel, an immediate withdrawal from south Lebanon, which was never respected and never mentioned by the American policy makers in 25 years. However, since the issuing of the resolution 1559, the USA has never tired of repeating the most hypocritical term in the history of diplomacy that the international community wants Syria to honour. Of course, the USA never gives us a definition to whom they refer to as the international community. I doubt that they have the answer, simply because they do not have the answer, and if there is one, it must be Britain and Israel and the state of Makrisonia, which is not known at all. America now demands the implementation of resolutions 1595 and 1701 because the implementation of these resolutions will be, in their perspective, a preventative to war and bring about peace. Th!
e questions are, what about the 181 which divided Palestine? What about the 194 which gives the Palestinian refugees the right to repatriate to their original homes? Are they not UN resolutions too? At this point, America says nothing and surely does nothing. The Palestinian diplomatic campaign must stress that there is no selectivity in the United Nations resolutions. Palestinians must know that all the military might Israel possess can not alter one single UN resolution. And that every UN resolution can be invested morally and legally to regain the Palestinian rights. Palestinian politicians must remember that No body can force them to accept less than their rights as formulated legally by the UN resolutions. Palestinian politicians must insist that all resolutions of the UN be treated on equal footing alongside other UN resolutions. All United Nations are equal, and thusly, all resolutions are made to be implemented. And if there are no sons of maid and sons of servant i!
n the UN resolutions, Palestinian politicians must demand the implementation of the 181,194, 242, and 338. They must remember that every sentence in the united nation resolutions in the Palestinian question is a rope around the neck of the state of Israel. Palestinians can peruse Israel in the international court and demand the implementation of these resolutions. In that regards, Palestinians can initiate a diplomatic campaign worldwide, under the title that all UN resolutions are equal. Even if this campaign does not give immediate results, it will surely open the eyes of the world to the dangers of the selectivity principle in implementing the UN resolutions.
